Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing division. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects within the manufacturing process, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and effective resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling:
    • Lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the specified time frame and budget.
    • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate contingency plans to minimize disruptions to the manufacturing process.
    • Implement risk mitigation strategies and escalate issues as needed.
  • Budget Monitoring:
    • Monitor and control project expenses, resource allocation, and utilization to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Report on budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any deviations from the plan.
    • Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement process improvements for future projects.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced
  • degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry, with a track
  • record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and
  • technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
  • collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
