Job Description:
This position will report to the Electrical and Mechanical Leads while working closely with the Electrical and Mechanical Assembly Technicians in support of their daily activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a Manufacturing Support person, you will perform all necessary duties in support of the Assembly Technicians, which will include but are not limited to:
- Cutting wires and tubing to length
- Face tubes and strip wires
- Powder coat beauty plates
- Performing PMs on equipment
- Gradually learn one or more of three of the technical areas Electrical,Plumbing or Mechanical
- Use hand tools
- Producing labels
- Prepping for shipping
- Participate in safety program
- Keep manufacturing area clean
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School education with an interest in Electrical, Plumbing or Mechanical
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as a team player
- Some technical understanding
- Familiarity with basic computer programs
- Good time management skills
- Ability to stay focused and achieve daily assignments
